Policy Paper entitled:

“The role of civil organizations in achieving the second goal of sustainable and awareness -raising development goals in fully eliminated hunger”

The Observatory of Sustainability of Private Organizations affiliated to the Arab Center for the Sustainability of the National Action issued a policy paper in light of the Egypt Charity Award for the Leadership of Charitable and Development Giving in its fifth session under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and funded by the National Bank On hunger

This study comes to highlight the concept and dimensions of food security in Egypt, and the current contribution of civil organizations in the scope of achieving the second goal, as well as highlighting the partnership between the government, private and private sector in the field of achieving food security. Finally, the paper submits some proposals that would enhance integration between the three sides to achieve Egyptian food security.

It is worth noting that one of the main activities of the Observatory of Sustainability of NGOs is to conduct a community dialogue between the parties concerned with the issue of sustainable development and the contribution of civil organizations in it to develop one societal vision between the parties concerned in policy papers and research studies and publishing them in support of decision -making within the community
